Compared to all other straight stairlifts, there is no greasy gear rack on the rail. The stylish seat upholstry is made from flame retardant fabric. The seat is easy to clean and can be folded to provide optimum space on the stairs. The offset seat swivel enables the user to get closer to the landing to get on and off the seat more safely. The seat swivels independently from the footrest, thereby enabling the user to push against the footrest to turn the standard manual seat. However, there is a powered swivel option for both the seat and the footrest.
The 4 quiet motor drive mechanisms operate on a 24V system and are enclosed by easy to clean safety covers.
The seat comes standard with an easy to use retractable seat belt and two wall mounted, hand held remote controls as standard equipment.
The anodized aluminum rail has a rounded design and minimizes the risk of injury from the rail edges. It is the smallest rail on the market.
